WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are packed and shipped only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping/payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns must be made within 20 days of the order shipment date to be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
